Brian enjoyed a six year career with Centex Homes, where he served as
Regional Director of East Florida and Southeast Divisions. During his
tenure at Centex Homes he led decision-making around acquisition and
strategy for all types of neighborhoods throughout Florida. He began his
career in real estate in Orlando, Florida, where he served as Director
at Metrostudy and a commercial real estate appraiser. He is a graduate
of the University of Florida.
Former CEO Centex Homes. Andy retired from Centex in 2007 after 30 years
with the company. In 2002 Andy was promoted to CEO of Centex Homes
after serving as Chief Operating Officer for five years. Andy started
his career with Centex as a staff accountant in Chicago, where he
quickly became an assistant controller and then controller of the
company's Illinois Division. He then moved on to become a Division
President in Orlando, and then served as an Executive Vice President for
all Centex Homes Florida operations which later included the Atlanta,
Columbia and Greenville operations as well.He has a BS degree in Finance
and MBA from Northern Illinois University.
Pat spent the last 10 years developing $300 million worth of low-income
tax-credit multi-family housing and student housing in Florida, Georgia
and Texas. Prior to this, beginning in 1978, he developed condominiums
in Florida and New Jersey. Pat began his career in real estate in the
early 1970s through a partnership with a New York Savings Bank to
acquire distressed properties in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. He has a
bachelor’s degree from University of Kansas.
Mike worked with Centex Homes for 7 years. In his last role, he headed
up land acquisition for the Central Florida region for 3 years. Prior to
this role, he headed up entitlements and also worked in land
development as an engineer. Before joining Centex, Mike worked with
Pulte Homes in land development where he worked for three years. Mike
has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Florida.
Ken is the past Florida Senate President. Before his role as Senate
President, Ken served as the appropriations and budget chairs and prior
to this as appropriation and budget chairs for the Florida Legislature.
Ken is a licensed Florida real estate broker.
Rainer enjoyed a 5 year career with PulteGroup/Centex responsible for
asset management and strategy for FL, TX and Atlanta. Prior to this,
Rainer was responsible for business development for Siemens Mobile
Phones where he joined after working for The Boston Consulting Group
focusing on the financial services industry in their London/UK and
Munich/Germany offices. He has a M.A. from Tuebingen University
(Germany) and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern.
